Pilates Pinner is a dedicated matwork Pilates studio. There is no machine work, only matwork. The teachings of Joseph Pilates are closely followed although modern thinking and developments in the fitness industry are applied to keep his teachings fresh and up to date . Small equipment is used including foam rollers, sitfits, fitness circles and stability balls.
Private classes or small groups are held during the daytime and on Saturday mornings by arrangement.
Classes are run in blocks of five payable in advance. The current charge is £55 for five classes. Clients need to enrol for a particular day and time and this will secure their place in the class. Every effort will be made to offer a client a substitute class should they be unable to make their usual session.
Clients who work different days each week or shifts may be able to arrange to book weekly instead of paying for a block of classes. This system works quite well but obviously a place can not be guaranteed every week.
During the Easter, Christmas and Summer holidays and some half terms, a limited number of holiday classes run which are booked individually.
Class size is 10 maximum .
At present the only way Beginners can be trained is to have two or possibly three private lessons after which a place in an existing group class can be found. These one to one sessions could be held during the day on a Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday or Thursday or on a Saturday morning.
Places are very limited with nearly all classes full. No new clients are being taken on at present There is a waiting list if yoy would like to be added to it.
Holiday classes running at present. Studio closewd in August and will reopen first week of September.
